Okehampton Photo Walks
|
Our Okehampton Photo Walk explores the grounds of Simmons Park in the centre of Okehampton.
There are beautiful buildings, a wide variety of plants, waterfalls, landscape photo opportunities and a playing field where you often find dogs living their best lives. There are plenty of seats to sit on around the route where you can journal and take some time to reflect and make notes. We will meet in the carpark and wander from there. Shaun will be hosting the photo walks in Okehampton and will be guiding you on which settings to use for the various types of photos you can take on the route. Specifically, you will learn the most appropriate settings for: Water Photography Long Exposure Photography Photographing Buildings Landscape Photography Plant Photography Dog Photography There's no lunch stop on this walk, so feel free to bring snacks and a drink with you to have on the break. You will need to bring sturdy shoes and a tripod for photographing water with slower shutter speeds. For tripod recommendations see our blog post here. |
